Usually yes. We seal off the work area, keep a clear route through the house and protect floors and furniture. If your scope means that is not practical, we will tell you honestly at the quote.
We work to your architect or designer drawings, and where you have none we can point you to a Sussex practice we work with regularly. Many single-storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, which we can talk you through.
